Dr. Gerard Ruff, Senior Pastor
Dr. Ruff is a Pastor, Author, Entrepreneur, International Speaker, Gospel Psalmist, Vocalist, Songwriter, Talk Show, Radio Personality, Leadership Trainer, Mentor, and Coach. Gerard focuses on improving people’s lives through professional development, personal and spiritual effectiveness.
He has influenced and supported the success of thousands of professionals and individuals from a wide range of industries and occupations around the globe. He masterfully shifts the way you think about your life or role and delivers the uncommon sense that will maximize your life-style, influence, impact and results.
He has a Doctorate in Ministry from Beacon University. He is a Certified Trainer with Leadership Training International since October 2004. He has served as Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Worship Center International, LLC for the past 21 years. Those he leads admire him greatly.
His wife of 31 years, Kimberly and his two adult daughters, Brianna and Shae bring great joy and purpose to his life
He believes that serving others is the key to a great life and favor with God. With a warm smile and kind demeanor, he engages everyone he encounters. Giving God praise is what at the core of his reason for being and a life of faith and success is what his strives to live.
Prophetess Kimberly Ruff, Co-Pastor
Kimberly Ruff has been involved in ministry the majority of her adult life. She has served alongside her husband, Gerard H. Ruff, throughout their 31 years marriage. As an insightful speaker, she draws heavily from her education in early childhood development and cosmetology enabling her to see God’s children in their development while pampering and nurturing them to health and growth. A reserved kindhearted woman offstage and is affectionately referred to by the Cornerstone Worship Center International congregation, as “Pastor Kim.” She possesses the rare ability to reach and stir audiences as she works to complement her husband’s ministry.
In addition to raising two daughters, she has assumed an active role at Cornerstone Worship Center International Center in Hampton, VA where her husband serves as Senior Pastor. First Lady Ruff serves as Overseer of Wings Women’s Ministry. She is the Leader and Founder of Charisma the much-acclaimed Life Enrichment Program for teenage girls. She directs all areas of ministry that serve the children of Cornerstone. She is a Worshipper who expresses her love for God in dance. She often is at the altar bowed down in reverence before Him.
She spends countless hours encouraging women to love themselves and if their married to be the greatest wives possible. Her determination to help people to become all God intends for them to be is unfailing. She is focused on the Kingdom of God and reaching as may people for Christ as possible. Her favorite words in life and ministry are “No Compromise!” You will grow to love her once you have met and she will have a profound effect on you.
